How we use your content.
By participating in Hairburst 90-day Transformation Programme, you agree to the following:
You grant Hairburst Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the photos and videos submitted during the programme, including but not limited to:
Paid social media advertising across Meta (Facebook and Instagram, Tiktok and any other platforms operated by Hairburst, Hairburst website and landing pages, e-mail marketing communications and organic social media posts across Hairburst-owned channels.
License terms
License duration: 24 months from the date of submission. No additional fee will be payable for use of content within this license period. Hairburst will not alter your content in a way that is misleading or misrepresents your experience. You retain ownership of your content - this license does not transfer copyright to Hairburst. Content will be clearly identified as part of a gifted partnership in accordance with ASA and CAP guidelines.
