Since starting I can say that I have definitely seen a reduction in the amount of hair that I am losing. I have seen new growth, not dramatically, but its there!

I like this mix here of various botanicals and vitamins along with black pepper which should help with higher absorption rates. I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 4 then they will last you around a month. Pretty expensive for just a months worth but the ingredients are good quality. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your hair health if a bit on the pricey side.

So one thing I've noticed is my hair has more volume and body. I find that my hair sheds a little less and even my skin is looking a bit clearer. I didn't realise these contained vitamin D3 which I normally take to keep joint pains at bay but surprised there are no supporting vitamins to improve it's absorption like vitamin K.
