How to use

Transform your suffering locks! Use a wide tooth comb to brush hair before showering to undo any tangles. We recommend you use our shampoo and conditioner consistently.

After you have washed and conditioned your hair, remember to rinse it with cold water to give the effect of shiny hair. Shampoo works best on soaking wet hair and conditioner works best on gently squeezed-out hair. After washing your hair, spray the elixir liberally onto the roots and lengths of clean damp hair. Blow-dry hair upside down for added lift and volume.

How does it work

Enriched with protein to strengthen and repair weak hair, meaning it will break less easily and in turn grow longer, this ingredient also adds shine and the appearance of thicker hair through moisture retention in each strand.

Our formula helps retain water and moisturises hair strands. It is capable of penetrating the cuticle and entering the hair shaft where it aids in moisture retention and provides volume. Our elixir formula is enriched with a powerful combination of naturally derived actives, including Pea Sprout and Nettle Extracts, that have shown to reduce hair loss, improve hair growth and density with frequent application.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much roughly should I be applying to my hair in every wash?

Depending on how long and thick your hair is, we recommend using around a 50p piece size of each the shampoo and conditioner. If your hair is very long or quite dry, you may want to apply more conditioner than this. Just see what works for your hair.

How often should I be washing my hair?

You can use our shampoo and conditioner in replacement of your regular hair washing products. We recommend washing your hair around 2-3 times a week at most, to keep hair from drying out, and allowing for your natural oils to moisturise your hair and scalp.

Does the shampoo and conditioner contain sulphates?

Yes, our Shampoo contains ALS. Sulphates are surfactants, used as cleansing agents, the purpose of them in hair care products is to help the shampoo to foam into that lather that we all love when washing our hair, helping us disperse product throughout our hair easily, whilst removing oil, dirt and dead skin cells from you skin and scalp. We wanted to keep these positive effects in our product yet understood that some sulphates can also strip too much oil from your hair and scalp in the process, leaving a drying effect. We decided against including the most popular widely used sulphate:Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (also known as SLS), and instead we decided to include a much more gentle surfactant called Ammonium Lauryl Sulphate. This sulphate doesn't penetrate the skin and hair in the same way SLS does. Where the potential irritancy of water is 0 and that of SLS is 10, ALS scores around 4 –far less irritating than SLS. So Yes, our product does include a sulphate, but one that we feel is there for a good purpose and not something that will cause dryness to your scalp and hair.

How does it help with hair growth?

First of all having a healthy and clean scalp environment for the hair to grow is essential. The Panthenol in our shampoo and conditioner retains water and helps to improve the appearance, feel and body of hair, Hydrolysed Wheat Proteins help to provide the appearance of protected hair by bringing together split ends and the Amino Acids help to promote healthier looking hair by improving the hair's ability to attract moisture where damage may have occurred through external stressors, such as heat and styling. If your hair is in better condition it will fall our less, and break less, and in turn have the ability to grow through longer.

Can I use this on hair extensions?

We would always recommend that you speak to / show your hair extension specialist our products before using on their work, as there are many types of fittings and we wouldn’t advise on whether our products would impact the fitting of your extensions. If you are trying to avoid sulphates then our shampoo would not be suitable as we include ALS in the formula.

Is this best applied on wet or dry hair?

We recommend applying on clean wet, towel-dried hair before blow drying. This will aid with styling as it dries, by adding volume and gloss to the hair and well as texture and refining curls. You can spray on to dry hair in-between washes and dry in to get heat protection and long term benefits of the active we have included for density and growth.

Is this is a styling spray?

Yes, it helps to add volume and thickness in the hair when drying, it also adds gloss. You should notice an added texture and curls will look more refined.

Where do you apply this when using? All over or just at roots?

We recommend applying all over the hair, when it reaches the scalp and roots you will get more long-term benefits and volume in the roots and on the mid lengths and ends it will help encourage thicker looking hair and gloss. If your hair is really fine, then use a little less product.

How often can this be used?

This can be used every day, but we recommend using on towel-dried clean hair, so every time you wash your hair.

How does this help with hair growth?

This product contains Pea Sprout Extract which is naturally derived and has been shown to prolong the life cycle of the hair and improve density over time. It also has Stinging Nettle Extract, shown to reduce hair loss and also provides heat, UV and pollution protection to protect the hair from things that can lead to breakage and shedding.
